DESCRIPTION:

As a HubSpot Developer for Pearagon, you’ll work with a fantastic team of administrators and project managers to execute solutions for companies utilizing HubSpot. 

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, can comprehend and architect technical project needs, and fulfill project tasks in a timely manner. You must understand, build, and succeed in the goals of projects, and act as a technical expert for our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist project managers in architecting solutions for client needs and provide input for best practices.  
• Participate in meetings with project managers and clients to discuss client needs.
• Manage time between multiple project tasks.
• Conceptualize and execute clear, quality code to develop the best software solutions.
• Build and test code, and identify errors in an iterative manner. 
• Detect and troubleshoot software issues.
• QA teammate work to ensure proper build and functionality. 
• Develop, test, and implement API’s. 
• Acquire/Maintain HubSpot certifications and become a HubSpot subject matter expert.
• Assist in training new administrators and developers in HubSpot and internal practices at Pearagon.
• Assist the marketing and sales teams with their respective internal project needs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-2 years of development experience, a degree in web development, information systems, etc. preferred. 
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in AWS API architecture and system design.
• Certifications in HubSpot 
• AWS experience (at least 1 year).
• Demonstrated skill in relational databases, object-oriented programming, and software development lifecycle.
• Well-versed with languages such as NodeJS, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript.
• Able to work interdependently.  
• Ability to think outside of the box.

EDUCATION:

• Self-taught or through a degree, we take either! If you can prove you can do it, then we want you.
